The Kelly Tractor Management Trainee program is for college graduates with a 4-year college degree, who will acquire exposure, mentoring and career development.
This program offers hands-on training and the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge of our company and the Heavy Equipment industry through valuable work assignments.

POSITION: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
Primary Functions: Supports financial planning and budgeting by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating reports. Analyzes past financial performance and obtains input from department managers to forecast future performance and advise the company on financial strategy.
Management of Accounting Department and Financial Planning Analyst.
Oversees the entire Accounting Department of employees engaged in the daily operations of an accounting department, monitoring, and analyzing data and produce reports or statements. Familiarity with proper accounting methods, policies, and principles required. Working with the systems for the collection and reporting of financial information (Atlas, AX, and TARGIT BI Tool).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Defines the financial situation by completing quantitative analyses. Evaluates optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns. Recommends debt structures by analyzing refinancing options.
Builds financial database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying, and backing up data. Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.
Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
Other duties as assigned.
Manages and oversees the Accounting Department to include direct reports as well as other accounting department employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing, and resolving internal and external complaints. Responsible for ensuring that his/her staff is in alignment with the company goals and policies outlined in the employee handbook.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Two years of professional experience as an accountant or auditor and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate.
The individual should have experience in a management role. Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Financial Manager.
Thorough understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
Thorough understanding of project management.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Tracking budget expenses, financial planning, and strategy, statistical analysis, reporting research results, database design, strategic planning, forecasting, analyzing information, conceptual skills, risk-taking. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially with Excel, accounting software, and databases.
The individual must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret periodicals, professional journals, and government regulations.
Must be able to write reports, budgets, business correspondence, and procedure manuals at a professional level.
Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and others.
The individual should have strong mathematical skills that include working with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
POSITION: Maintenance Worker
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Install appliances and equipment
Do yard upkeep by collecting trash etc.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and ballast
Perform sweeping by using the ride on sweeper
Change A/C filters
Clean and pressure washes sidewalks, concrete displays and helipad
Washes windows on exterior of service offices and oil lab
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
Proven experience as maintenance person or other similar position
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of an apprenticeship is required

Seeking an outside Sales Representative to cover Southern Lee county. Looking for someone with a positive and energetic personality to help and enhance company market presence and provide an exceptional customer experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed. Have proficient computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Individual chosen will be visiting customer job sites and offices to generate new sales and rentals while ensuring a positive customer experience by effectively managing the sales/rental process. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required. Must have valid Florida driver license, with a clean record.
Be a high school graduate and have as well, an education level equivalent to a 2-year degree (Associates) or certificate from either an associate degree program or technical school. Be willing to travel and work the Southern Lee County area.

POSITION: AG Sales Representative (Agriculture Equipment)
South Florida Caterpillar dealership seeking a Sales Representative for our AG Sales Department. Position will be based out of Kelly Tractor Co., location- Clewiston Florida.
The primary function of the Agriculture Sales Representative is to generate profitable business from the range of AG equipment.
Duties will include: Compile lists of prospective customers, handle sales leads, travel through assigned territories: (Hendry, Glades, Okeechobee, Highlands, and Western Palm Beach counties).
Recommend specific standard or modified machine best suited for customer’s jobs, test and operate machinery at work site, sell machinery and repair services, quote prices, prepare sales contracts, estimate delivery date to customer, prepare reports, keep expense account, enter new customer data and other sales data into computer database, develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts, and investigate and resolve customer issues with deliveries. High school diploma or equivalent. Have a 4-year college degree or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual needs to be computer literate, have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. English fluency required, and bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) is preferred. Have a valid Florida driver license with clean record.
