Service Training
Kelly Tractor Co. can provide training for the CAT CARE meetings at your jobsite,
featuring one or more of the following subjects:
Preventative Maintenance (PM)
Instructions relating to the timely changing of fluids and filters in accordance
with CAT lube and maintenance guidelines.
Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS)
Learning about the best predictive repair indicator available today.
Inspection
Features the art of "daily walk-arounds."
Record Keeping
Documentation of all machine maintenance and repairs.
Basic Systems Operation
Brief discussions on how the cooling, lubrication, air indction, and electrical
systems operate.
Equipment Safety
Video tape and instruction on equipment safety and personal safety.
Kelly Tractor Co.'s training staff can spend a little time on each of these subjects
or a lot of time on one or more of the above mentioned subjects. Or, if you have
a particular training need not mentioned, that can be arranged as well. Subjects
often include maintenance procedures and safety tips -- how to detect small problems
before they become major. The training program is customized your particular operation.
The length of the meeting is a minimum of one hour to a maximum of four hours.
